Is the initial consultation really free?

Yes, completely free, no commitment. A 30-minute call where we understand your current setup, the problem you're trying to solve, and (if it makes sense) provide a ballpark scope and timeline. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you that too.

How quickly can you start an ERP implementation?

For ZupraTech ERP, we can typically kick off within 1–2 weeks of contract signing and go live in 2–4 weeks. SAP implementations vary by scope, Business One projects can start within 2 weeks, S/4HANA within 3–4 weeks.

What size businesses do you work with?

Our sweet spot is 25–500 employees. SAP Business One and ZupraTech ERP work beautifully under 250 employees. SAP S/4HANA scales up to 1,000+ employees and complex multi-entity operations.

Do you offer post-implementation support?

Always. Every engagement includes hypercare immediately after go-live, and we offer ongoing AMS (Application Managed Services) packages, incident management, basis admin, patch upgrades, and a dedicated support desk during IST hours.

Can you work with our existing SAP system?

Yes. We frequently take over support for existing SAP installations, perform health checks, run upgrades or migrations, and build extensions/integrations on top of what you already have.

Where are you based and where do you work?

Headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra. We deliver across India and increasingly across Southeast Asia. For most engagements we operate as a hybrid team, onsite for blueprint and cutover, remote for build and support.
